Booking Terms

Enquiries and confirmation

Submitting the enquiry form does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only once dates, services and pricing have been agreed in writing and the retainer has been received.

Dates are held on a first-confirmed basis. Until a booking is confirmed, the date remains open to other enquiries.

Pricing

Pricing depends on the number of ceremonies, the number of people, the location and the travel involved, and is quoted individually after consultation. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

Travel and destination weddings

For weddings outside the home city, travel and accommodation are arranged as part of the booking and quoted separately. For destination weddings the artist travels at least one day ahead of the first ceremony.

Trials

Bridal trials are recommended and are scheduled at least three weeks before the wedding. Trials are charged separately unless included in the agreed package.

Changes and cancellation

Date changes are accommodated wherever the new date is available. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date within twelve months, subject to availability.

Allergies and skin sensitivity

Please disclose any known allergies or skin sensitivities before your trial. A patch test can be arranged on request.
